The differences between men and women — particularly when it comes to how we experience sex and intimacy — can often be confusing and frustrating. Join us for a fascinating night of exploration into how women experience sex based on the instinctual mode they are in.

This enriching evening will be lead by meditation and relationship expert, Sondra Stewart.  Sondra is trained directly and is certified with the inimitable Allison Armstrong. She has also studied in India at O&O Academy where she was trained as a wisdom and meditation teacher.  She focuses on reflective journeys and meditations specifically for enriching relationships and regularly leads live workshops and webinars covering various topics such as mindfulness, meditation, relationships and sexuality in NYC and LA.
