About The Event
This workshop is 1 1/2 hours long and is a combination of discussion, insights and guided meditations. The mediations are simple and suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. They are done seated comfortably or lying down. If you have any questions, please write to sondra@unlmtd.love.
