This workshop is 1 1/2 hours long and is a combination of discussion, insights and guided meditations. The mediations are simple and suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. The detox meditations and insights are from Preethaji and Krishnaji, founders of One World Academy. They are done seated comfortably or lying down.
