This is a two hour-long transformational experience. It combines insights, music, a guided detox-meditation, stories and discussion and followed by "deeksha". The mediations are simple and suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. They are done seated comfortably or lying down. If you have any questions, please write to sondra@unlmtd.love.
