Connect with Yourself

in NYC on April  21st

Do you feel pulled in so many directions? Distracted? Misaligned? Plugged into everything but yourself?

In a world of 24-hour, nonstop stimulation – with minds that process a billion bits of information in a day we invite you to disconnect from the digital world and connect to yourself, your soul, your flow.

Shed what doesn’t serve you, align your abundant energy, feel the abundance in life and find your own voice.  This day-long workshop from 10am to 5pm on April 21st includes three different sessions, each addressing an aspect of connection.

Session #1

Chakra Dancing

CHAKRADANCE™ is a well-being movement practice. It
uses spontaneous dance, to specific chakra-resonant
music, for the purpose of healing and re-tuning your
whole energy system.

The purpose of Chakradance is simple: to help you to more fully embody your soul.
It is your personal dance, no steps, closed eye or half-cast eye to focus on your inward journey as you move through space. This is a truly transformative experience that can open you to new possibilities.

Session #2

The State of Gratitude

The benefits of gratitude are becoming more and more known with over 48,000 studies involving gratitude listed by the US National Library of Medicine.   And many people have a gratitude practice or journaling or reflection.

This is different.  It is a journey into the state of gratitude.  A place where you can experience the joy of the interconnectedness of all life.   It is a 90 minute journey that includes a powerful Detox Meditation developed by O&O Academy.

Session #3

Freeing the Natural Voice

Linklater Voice work at its core is about letting go of
physical tension (often created from thought or habit)
in order to communicate more effectively and freely.
Our deepest human need is to be connected, to be
known, to be. We have a longing to be, to be-long.

One of the most important tools we have to be KNOWN is our voice. And yet we live in a world where we communicate in person less and less. In this
introductory session we will explore what it is to BE
with ones SELF. Through stretching, imagination, breath
work and voice we will begin to connect to our own
voice.
